The arbitrator's binding determination of the dispute.
Awards are enforceable through summary confirmation proceedings and reviewable only on narrow statutory grounds. In the mass context, questions arise about whether awards issued under compressed, batched procedures with limited individual attention will be recognised abroad, particularly in jurisdictions sceptical of aggregate consumer proceedings.
