Defendant Fact Sheet (DFS)
The defendant's reciprocal case-specific disclosure in an MDL.
Typically covering sales, distribution, prescribing, or adverse-event data specific to the individual plaintiff. Reciprocity is negotiated as part of the same case management order that establishes the plaintiff fact sheet.
