Final Fee
A per-case charge assessed at the merits stage of an administered arbitration.
Levied per case once a matter proceeds toward hearing. Where initiation-stage fees have been flattened, final fees and arbitrator compensation are where the per-claim cost curve reasserts itself — meaning a respondent that defeats a mass filing at the threshold pays vastly less than one that litigates the inventory.
