Case Management Fee
A per-case administrative charge that historically dominated mass filing costs.
Under the pre-2024 consumer schedule, case management fees were the largest component of a mass filing's cost — dwarfing filing fees themselves and accruing before any arbitrator was appointed. Their elimination under the current AAA mass rules is the single largest change in the economics of the practice.
