Numerosity
The requirement that the class be so numerous that joinder of all members is impracticable.
Rarely contested in consumer cases, where classes run to the hundreds of thousands. There is no fixed threshold, though classes in the low hundreds are routinely accepted and classes below about forty routinely questioned.
